Shipping policy

What are my shipping options?

Standard shipping is FREE in the U.S. with all orders, sent via USPS. Our processing time is 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates. Depending on location, shipping takes 4-7 days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Our processing time is 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. Depending on country, shipping can take 7-30 days. Orders are sent via USPS. Estimated cost will be calculated at checkout. Bella Jessie is not responsible for any custom/duty charges on your order. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and other fees to be collected by your country.

Can I edit/cancel an order?

Send us an email to hello@bellajessie.com as soon as you can. If order has not been processed we can edit/cancel your order.

I have not received my order?

Please reach out to USPS to track down your package. Bella Jessie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
