SHIPPING POLICY

What are my shipping options?

Standard shipping is FREE in the U.S. on all orders, sent via USPS. Our processing time is 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates. Depending on location, shipping takes 4-7 days.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder too.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  Our processing time is 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed. Depending on country, shipping can take 7-30 days. Sent via USPS. Estimated cost will be calculated at checkout. Bella Jessie is not responsible for any custom/duty charges on your order. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and other fees to be collected by your country.

Can I edit/cancel an order?

Send us an email to hello@bellajessie.com as soon as you can. If order has not been processed we can edit/cancel your order.

I have not received my order?

Please reach out to USPS to track down your package. Bella Jessie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy?

We hope that you are in love with your purchase! However, in the event that you are not in love, regular priced items purchased on bellajessie.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Does not include shipping cost.

All sale, discounted and international purchases are final.

All items must be unworn and boxed in their original packaging and condition (showing no signs of wear.)

Before shipping your item back, reach out to us at hello@bellajessie.com with your return request. You will then be issued a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Please do not send in your item for return without receiving this RA# first (no refund will be granted without return authorization.)  Bella Jessie is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

A refund will be issued when the original purchase is received in its original, unworn state. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. In the event your return was not approved, we will return the package to the address you’ve provided on the return.

Can I make an exchange?

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
